Nutrimost And Their Weight Loss Video

Nutrimost has been faced with something that is very scary, yet at the same time, very hilarious. A company has decided to rip off Nutrimost by taking a video ad and making only minor edits to it in order to get rid of most mentions of Nutrimost, replacing it with “Can’t Lose”. The craziest thing is that the testimonials have been left in. It is like the rival company, Healthy Living, either didn’t have the skill or the time to put together something. Either way, this is something that resulted in a lawsuit. This begs the question as to why a company would rip off Nutrimost.

Losing Weight and feeling great with NutriMost

When looking at Nutrimost, it may become obvious. Nutrimost has actually done something that many other weight loss or diet companies and systems have only said they could do. Nutrimost has helped people lose a large amount of weight at a quick rate. Among the success stories of people losing weight is a woman who has lost a total of 80 lbs in a short amount of time. This has been a life changing experience for her in that she didn’t just lose the weight. She also adopted a new lifestyle that is much healthier and consists of healthier foods that will get her body chemistry working more efficiently at burning fat.

A lot of people report losing an average of 20 lbs within 40 days of using it. This is one good sign of how effective this system is. However, one should not base the effectiveness of a weight loss system on how many pounds is dropped. Nutrimost has gone beyond the pounds that is lost. People also fight off dietary problems that come with being overweight. As a result, they truly become healthier as individuals. They are also able to keep it off.

NutriMost Quickly Becoming Popular Diet System

Popular weight loss company NutriMost has recently filed a lawsuit in the Manhattan Federal Court against rival company called Healthy Living for stealing their promotional video. The video that was posted on Healthy Living’s website was taken directly from NutriMost‘s website, with all references to NutriMost taken out of the video. The video posted by Healthy Living even kept in testimonials from customers who had success with the NutriMost system as well as Dr. Ray Wisniewski who founded NutriMost. The video stayed up on the Healthy Living website until a cease-and-desist letter demanded that it was removed last September. The website now has a shortened version of the same video.

NutriMost is a weight loss system unlike any other before. It works to balance hormones and raise the metabolism, among other things, to help the user shed unwanted pounds quickly. NutriMost guarantees that patients will lose around 20 pounds in 40 days. What makes NutriMost different from other weight loss programs is that they use a specialized technology called NutriMost Resonant Frequency which can measure how different frequencies impact a patient’s galvanic skin response. Every patient is different and knowing this will help gauge what a person’s optimal fat-burning zone is.

Once the patient receives the scan, a personalized detox and weight loss plan is created for them. Patients are also given an in-office consultation along with a grocery list of acceptable foods, a recipe book, and a plan on how to manage their foods. Patients are encouraged to journal their food intake and report their weight to their NutriMost doctor’s office everyday. After the 40 days are over, the patient then goes into a maintenance phase to stay within two pounds of the weight they lost. Many doctors report that their NutriMost patients have seen a significant drop in not only weight but have improved conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes.

NutriMost Opens Lawsuit Against Healthy Living for Pirated Videos

NutriMost, a company that offers a nutrition program to help people lose weight, has filed a lawsuit against Healthy Living, a rival who allegedly stole NutriMost’s promotional videos and marketing materials to put on their own Web site.

Healthy Living changed the name of NutriMost’s diet to “Can’t Lose Diet” but kept the same testimonials from NutriMost customers and Dr. Ray Wisniewki, the Pennsylvania chiropractor that pioneered the program. Healthy Living did take the video down after receiving a cease-and-desist letter but only after first putting up a shortened version of the video.

Though the video is no longer on Health Living’s site, NutriMost filed the suit to obtain a court order banning the company from posting the video again and is asking for $300,000 in damages for the loss of “goodwill and reputation” the company experienced as a result of the pirated materials.

The NutriMost program centers around NRF technology, which is short for NutriMost Resonate Frequency. The weight loss regimen allows customers to lose 20 to 40 pounds in 40 days without exercise, pre-packaged meals, medication, or surgery. The technology uses cellular biocommunication to “listen” to the body to determine which supplements will aid the body in long lasting fat loss. So the program is targeted specifically to each customer’s individual body.

The NRF scan sends a stimulus signal to the body which reacts with small electrical changes in the skin. These changes are then measured to determine the best possible weight loss plan based on these biological stressors. NutriMost is customized for each individual dieter, focusing on the dieter’s specific needs rather than a generalized one-size-fits-all diet.

This “ultimate fat loss system“, as NutriMost calls itself, uses what Dr. Wisniewki calls pastoral medicine, a combination of scriptural health and leading edge medicine. The program is completely supervised and claims to increase vitality and improve health markers as well as allowing customers to lose weight.
